We met Tony from Ultra-Dry from another positive referral. This is after having a number of rising damp and sub floor ventilation ‘experts’ visit over the past 18 months each pitching different solutions and frequently misdiagnosing rising damp.In contrast to most Tony’s expertise remedying sub floor ventilation, condensation and rising damp was immediately apparent not to mention he’s also a great bloke.Whilst we thought we’d have him install a powered fan he was quick to advise this wasn’t the right solution and instead additional vents alone would improve ventilation within our sub floor to achieve a dryer house. He also suggested accompanying these with improving the damp proof course through injections.We couldn’t ask for a better result and would have no hesitation using Ultra-Dry again or recommending his work to others knowing he’ll recommend what you need (and not what you don’t) plus do so at a fair price.
