Have been using the TIG 200 since June 2019 and it has been an awesome machine for a great price. A few boiler maker friends were sceptical of the price when the unit was on order but were very impressed when they inspected the quality and tried it out. The first unit had its shipping container flooded on delivery which fuelled the scepticism. The guys and gals at AIG were totally transparent and even offered some discounts on consumables after the second unit arrived. I recently noticed they are now offering a TIG with the option of a foot pedal and will be ready to put one on pre-order once I find a new home for this unit.

I liked the simplicity and claimed performance of the AIG TIG200 AC DC but was a bit sceptical that a machine for that price would be any good.Then my curiosity took over and I bought one.After nearly 40 years of aluminium welding I've used quite a few different tig welders, but this one really impressed me. It's an honest 200 amp machine with a crisp HF arc initiation, very stable arc and capable of very high quality aluminium welding. The LED readout is accurate and all the adjustable parameters smooth and precise. The torch, leads and flowmeter are adequate.A young bloke I've been teaching liked it so much that he wanted to buy it from me, so I've just bought another one.I think it's the best budget priced tig on the market.

Some things are too good to be true. Not in this case. It was as true as true can be. I was initially skeptical about a Facebook ad promoting a seemingly half priced TIG welder and foot pedal for under $1000. Pay by PayPal, seemed to review well on welding forums, so nothing to lose.The bad: They can be tough to get hold of at times via email because they are very busy people and have a lot of machines going out the door. PROTIP - try Abbi on Facebook messenger.The good: How long have you got? Deni is such a stand up bloke. No business person that I have ever dealt with has been so good to deal with and gone well and above than Deni. This guy is a dead set Aussie legend. I had an accessories pack go on hold with AusPost for a few days and Deni jumps in the car, while he's talking to me and takes a replacement package down to the local PO and gets it going right then and there, then sends me the receipt by text. I've spoken to him a few times on the phone and he never makes me feel as if he has to get off the phone or he's too busy to chat with you. He's not trying to sell me every extra or the most expensive helmets etc. He offers good sound advice and is looking out for your best interests. Abbi is a great person to have on the Facebook messenger side of things too. She's really responsive and both remembers who you are and seems to genuinely care about your purchases. I've bought a few things from these guys now and I can't recommend them highly enough. The welder AIG 200P. Spot on, perfect, well made, well performing, more than I need, great foot pedal, quality built - nothing not to like there.

My brother and i both got a AiG tig and an AIG mig of these guys coule not be happier. Amazing performance and quality.

I bought the TIG 200P welder and I’ve never looked back at it, such a great product very easy to use and does a superb job.Been looking for a welder for a while and out of all the welders I’ve seen this has to be cheapest welder on the AU market.If your after a welder wether your just beginning or a professional you cannot go wrong with any of these products.

You will not find a better tig on the market for the price you pay at AIG!Being a boilermaker you use multiple machine's and various brands and for me personally, aigs ac/dc pulse tig sits almost on par with a top of the line fronius tig machine.Over the last week i have been able to use the tig in various situations eg: in a heavy machine shop and at home building cars and it has surpassed my expectations time and time again.

I recently purchased an AIG XP-200H, I figured for $138 it was worth a try. I was really surprised and impressed with the performance of this a stick welder. I was able to run two 3.25mm electrodes at 105amps in quick succession with no problem from a power circuit with a 15amp breaker. I was impressed with how stable the arc was. I did a test fillet weld on 10mm plate, managed to get good penetration in the root. Maybe a few more amps next time for a better result. I love the fact that I don’t have to get someone to help load my old clunker of a welder into my vehicle for onsite jobs.

Excellent welder, well made, works well. Good pricing and great service. I was given clear instructions on how to set it up and it worked well 1st time.
