Tried to use their auto service offering and tried to get them to Change my headlight bulb for the fixed fee of $10. They couldn't do it, claiming it's a job for a mechanic. To their credit the service is fast and friendly and I'd look to take advantage of it in the future.

Within a minute i was offered assistance. Good old fashioned customer service is alive and well. Only negative was no greeting at counter. Just scan, quoted amount and no please come again. Maybe the person at the spare parts counter could give some instruction

I went here on Saturday, 2nd of February 2019. Brought my dried battery and consider to buy a new one. They kindly offered to recharge my old battery at no cost and it works!!Thanks folks. You did an awesome job.Two thumbs up

Terrible customer service when asked for assistance. Needed help finding alternative engine oils and the guy at the service desk was super unhelpful and just told me to check the Ipads to find out my options. I pad was not working so the guy acted like it was a huge drama to type my rego number in his computer to get the info for me. Will never use this store again. I get far better attention and great service at the Supercheaps in Logan
