My hairdressing needs are rather simple - straight cut of very straight hair. Ruby did a fantastic job of cutting my hair and achieved a really straight level.The building itself is steeped in history so there's a really nice, calm mood in the place.Lovely experience with pleasant and competent staff.

Took 4 hours to do my hair, even though it was just a half-up, half-down hairstyle, and then they tried to blame me for not telling them how long my hair was... that's not my responsibility. They then insulted and were rude to my mum, because they were not doing what I asked and I was beginning to give up. If you want your hairdresser to trash talk you and judge you, in front of you and behind your back, I strongly suggest going here... worst experience I've ever had.

First visit - came to see Ruby based on reviews. Let me tell you that ALL staff were amazing from the minute I called to the moment I left and all things in between (epic regrowth tackled by the 2 lovely girls, my kids rocking up too!)End result - best bleach tint I've ever had - from the gutter to glamour!See you soon!

Thank you to Ruby for a beautiful short cut. She did a great job transforming unhealthy, very thick shoulder length hair to a manageable, stylish crop. It was my first visit to TAIT and the friendliness, courtesy, warmth and overall ambience of the salon - plus the very reasonable pricing - will see me become a regular. Thanks to the whole team.
