I couldn't recommend these guys enough, I took my Mitsubishi triton in for a service and diagnostic on a power loss issue ( that had been to a Mitsubishi dealership and another local franchise mechanic to diagnose the fault ... with no luck and nothing but bad news of what it could be ) but the team here sorted it out in no time at a very reasonable price, it now drives like new and I'll be making them my regular mechanic from now on

Not even 3 months after having my power steering pump replaced in my 3L Diesel Prado, by the so-called 'specialists' at QDAD for a mere $1300 for the 'genuine' Toyota pump, the same droning sound began to resonate from my engine bay. Given that my Family and I have very recently moved and now live about 1400km away, taking it back to them wasn't really my best option. On taking it to a local mechanic he advised me that when the previous power steering pump was replaced, the lines and 'rack' were not cleared of the heavily contaminated power steering fluid. If left unattended this was likely to have led to the failure of the current pump within a short period. You would think that if you were parting with 1300 hundred dollars that you would get a thorough, quality job done, apparently not! This was piss poor service to say the least, not impressed!!
