If you live near Tea Gardens why not come along to Myall Fitness Gym and support our local business, its a great place with very friendly members and staff. It has everything you need to get fit and stay fit. Unfortunately it may not be around for much longer, so you never know you may like what you see enough to think about buying it and making it your own business. For a sleepy little seaside town this gym is well equipped with quality equipment. The staff Ann and Sandy are lovely and very helpful. The gym includes cardio machines, free weights and boxing equipment. There is limited barbells and dumbbells for gym goers that go heavy, but there is a Smith machine and you can make do with machines and cables. The gym is in a tin shed which can get hot but they have serious industrial type fans which help a lot. I thoroughly recommend this gym.

This is a terrific gym considering the small local population. The local community really needs to get together and give this gym more support, both through membership and volunteer work. I would give 5 stars except for lack of air conditioning which would, understandably, be too expensive to run.
