Had a good doctor there. But when she left was put in to another female Dr who has no compassion. She stopped the medicine that I had been on. So now 3 weeks later I have put back on the 20 kg I had lost.If she took the time to read my file that was clearly marked she would have treated me better.

Megan Pinkleton is amazing. She's the only doctor in Portland I can find who actually listens and doesn't make me feel like an idiot, even when I have been.Only problem is there's always a week long wait to see her :P I mustn't be the only one who appreciates her.

I am a long term patient at Active Health. In recent years I have also attended several Medical Clinics whilst travelling throughout Australia. I mentally compare these Clinics with Active Health and I must say that Active Health always tops my list. My visits to Active Health Portland are always positive experiences. Staff and Doctors are welcoming, professional. Waiting time is mostly minimal and I always leave with a feeling of satisfaction.

Absolutely horrible clinic. Staff are rude. You have to wait in the waiting room more than 40' every time you already got an appointment. (the longest time I was waiting was 1h and 36 minutes!, I stayed on purpose to see how more long will take! Big disappointment).When you call them and need the nurse to call you back,will take more than an 1h so they can tell you oh your child needs to go to hospital" and this was just for otitis . I know what my child has so I wanted to see a doctor not waiting more than1h.Also

Never been treated worst. disgusting service by the staff. I was treated like dirt from the beginning, ended up sitting in the portland hospital waiting room for six hours to see a doctor instead because i did not have the two months to wait for an appointment that this clinic makes you wait for. if you need decent medical care or any sort of real support, don't bother here. Everyone else i know who has been here told me the same, not worth it.
