Great little park usually not so busy.Nice place to take time out.There are not many features.If out side is where you are then that's great enjoy.

Currently the home of the Kingston Hawks cricket club, great spot to hangout for a good game of cricket. Friendly bunch of lads and good atmosphere. Has a rich history of over 150 years of cricket.

A nice park to let the dogs have a good run around! Great for frisbees and balls with the dogs, and plenty of open space to avoid others if needed.Area is generally kept tidy with bins located at the outskirts of the park. There's also a water fountain for dogs which is useful.Not always clear when there are sports on the field which does reduced the available area to take your dog for a walk/play, but you can go around the other side of the park if needed.Lots of cricket played (Kingston Hawks) and a great place to hang out for parents while matches are being played.

Not really for adventurous breeds, like Huskies! No gate to keep them in. Good, though, for less adventurous breeds to run and play on an oval without a lead.

Number 1 oval is a good ground for footy, the smaller oval needs a lot of work but I think they are in the process of doing that. Parking on all sides of ovals and apparently a good canteen.

Enjoy the kingston hawthorn cricket club. Great location close to the 708 bus stop and only 10-15 minute walk to parkdale station.Family friendly park and lots of fun for dogs as well
