Absolutely love Ella & Jade! I have been going to Alannah for over a year and have been so satisfied each time. She has years of experience and her attention to detail is always consistent. Not to mention, love the relationship I have with Alannah and love all the staff. Customer service is something that stands out. Coudlnt recommend this place more!

I had a beautiful service performed by Steph at Ella & Jade. Her head massage and hair washing was incredible, it was so relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Followed by a beautiful bouncy blow dry! Her attention to detail was outstanding and she was very personable and easy to get along with. I’d Definately recommend and will be seeing her in the future.

This place makes you feel like a million bucks! Every time I go there’s laughs and my hair (and scalp) gets the best treatment with their epic head massages, treatments, products etc.) I get a gluten free cheese platter and coffee/tea/other drinks galore! The salon itself has a great aesthetic and all the staff are super friendly. I’m a part of the blow dry club and it’s one of my fav times of the week :)

A beautiful salon with lovely attentive staff. Alana has looked after my girls and I for a year and a half.She is second to none when it comes to my two teen daughters textured hair. Their hair has gone from dry & fluffy to the healthiest it has ever been. They have become more confident managing their hair thanks to the knowledge shared with them.My thin, drab hair now looks and feels super healthy. I cannot speak highly enough of Alana & the team.

I had an appointment with Giselle, who was very lovely, and super attentive. She cut, and styled my hair beautifully. She was super friendly, caring, and professional. I highly recommend Giselle, and Ella&Jade to all. Beautiful salon, the sweetest team, and an amazing experience. I can’t wait to go again soon.

I had a blowdry appointment with Stephanie and I was so happy with what she did and advice for my hair! Stephanie was so detailed, knowledgeable and compassionate in giving her expert advice, even giving me tips to give my hair a healthy glow! I'm quite insecure with my hair but Stephanie's kindness and positivity was uplifting and made me appreciate my hair more! After the service, my hair was bouncy, healthy and super smooth! Had the best experience here today! The salon is beautiful and modern, and the staff are all super friendly. I would highly recommend seeing Rosie for a cut and hair treatment, the service was the perfect balance of relaxing and professional. She has a huge knowledge base, and I always feel my hair will be safe in her hands. Absolutely love the way my hair turned out! :)
