Frank is the best. Unlike lots of other PT experiences I’ve had, Frank really listens and really cares, and makes me excited about exercising. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Frank has been training myself and my family for over a year. Over that time he has become a close friend and part of the family. He customises 3 sessions a week for 3 different people at the same time.....a bulky, explosive, strong 51 year old, a flexible, agile 45 year old woman, and my super lean 21 year old daughter who had never trained before. The results are amazing, and we try look forward to our time training as a family with Frank. Whether you want performance training, general exercise, fitness and wellness and a motivator....Frank is the man for you.

I’ve been working with Frank for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier. The app Frank uses feeds me my workouts weekly, along with super useful videos of how to perform the exercises should I need a refresh. This means I know exactly what I’m doing, when, and it keeps track of what I did last time so I don’t forget. Sessions with Frank are great - he steps me through each of the routines he’s built for me, the why of those routines, and how to perform the exercises safely and confidently. He’s incredibly personable, knowledgeable, relaxed and good fun. Highly recommend!

Frank is such an amazing trainer and person! I strongly recommend him, whether you are just starting out or have been going to the gym for years. I have been training for a long time! But never had the skills I needed to be able to push myself further and see the progress that I wanted. Since training with Frank I have become a lot stronger and more confident! Thanks Frank!!

Frank is a pain alot of the time, and I curse him during our sessions.But that means the he is doing a fantastic job and always pushes me to do more and keep going.Been training with Frank for 14 weeks now and he is a great guy, who corrects my poor technicque and really gets the best out of you.Highly recommend training with Frank!

This is an edit of a review i made last year . I originally started training with Frank a year ago after i had major back surgery , a disk replacement . I started training with Frank 6 months post surgery . What i liked about Frank is that when i spoke to him on he phone and explained my situation he knew exactly what was required to get me back int shape .Frank spent the first month of our training focusing on my core strength ,after that we started lifting weights . I was always intimated by gyms and i was never a fan of weights , i was of the impression that it was for really big blokes who wanted to show off . well Frank has completely changed my perspective of gyms . He taught me how to deadlift , bench press and so much more , and after all the training , not only do i not have back pian but i feel strong and i look strong , i have lost some weight and i have never in my life looked as toned as i do to day . It wasnt easy and the training was tough but what made it enjoyable was Frank !!! , this bloke has such a good attitude , hes such a positive , happy person , in the whole year i trained with him ive never seen him look bored , or uninterested , he actually loves his work and thats not something you see every day . I cannot recommend Frank enough as a trainer , he has changed my whole perspective of gyms and fitness , and most importantly Frank has taught me how to train properly !! from this day forward i can go to a gym anywhere in the world an train properly and confidently , Frank if your reading this , mate thankyou for all your hard work , you have changed my life and handed me the skills i need to keep myself in shape for the rest of my life , you are good man and im forever greatfull !!! i wish you all the very best in the future my friend .

I reached a turning point after a few years of shift work and decided things had to change with prioritising nutrition and training. After a few months I had made headway but frequently succumbed to roadblocks and excuses. That was when I found FITBYFRANK and took the leap and signed up to his programming. I cannot speak highly enough of Frank’s service, his programs are well structured and tailored to your needs. This has provided me the building blocks I needed to continue a healthy lifestyle and develop habits that are here to stay. Whilst navigating the demands of shift work and adhering to the programming over the 15 weeks I was able to drop over 7kg body fat, increase muscle mass and transform my physique. If you’re unsure, my advice would be to give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!

After receiving a glowing recommendation for Frank from my physio, I've been training with Frank for 3 months and could not be happier with my decision! Frank is incredibly knowledgeable, shows genuine care for my progress and is a joy to have as a PT. He's done an amazing job at tailoring the program to my injuries, weaknesses, imbalances and goals. He's also taught me a wealth of knowledge on strength training, helped me overcome my fear of cardio as well as helped me improve my confidence and discipline at the gym. I can't recommend Frank enough! The progress I've made in the last 3 months with Frank has absolutely eclipsed the years I've spent at F45, doing classes and training alone at the gym.
