After the recent floods I haven't had hot water in my house for a few days. After a few calls around, Luke came strongly recommend. After the initial phone call, despite not being an emergency, he was at the property within a few hours and has the problem sorted. I received constant updates with progress and a surprisingly lower than expected bill. There’s nothing better than a plumber who answers the phone first time, diagnoses the problem on the spot, and gives you the information you need straight up. Luke went the extra mile and booked the job to replace my hot water heater as soon as he could fit it in, which meant a pretty long day for him and his team, but hot water for me sooner rather than later. Site clean up was spot on and no surprises with the invoice. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
