Sixty6 Acres Woombye

I haven’t even slept in the bed yet - only checked in today but I’m just blown away! It’s amazing. I was looking for something different to the typical beachside accommodation and this is just the experience we were after. The owners are incredible and very attentive, took the time to explain the area, the property and to introduce us to all the animals. We’ll be back :)

A luxury farmstay it indeed is! Our family of 4 absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Sixty6 Acres. It is an amazing getaway for families, couples, groups and even a mum’s getaway (yes have done that too here)! Everything inside the quarters has been meticulously thought of & the furnishings really add to the luxury that you instantly feel upon opening the door. The farm animals are all friendly too & you may even spot some kangaroos, hares, ducks & even a platypus! There’s so much to do too or simply grab one of the beautiful books available and while away the hours just enjoying your quite surrounds. Walking or using the bikes available to enjoy the property or simply relax by the fire pit which is fully stocked with firewood, kindling, fire starters & even some marshmallow sticks to use. Our kids talk about their stay all the time and how they want to go back! I absolutely recommend this beautiful farmstay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the very special Sixty6 Acres, conveniently located close to the coast but seemed like a world away. Each immaculate, well appointed, stylish quarters overlook the lake. The owners attention to detail was impressive, with some lovely touches such as the beautiful bath products and boutique plunger coffee. Plenty of activities for the kids, including swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on the lake. We all enjoyed golfing and hand feeding the miniature cows, sheep and donkeys. The silky chickens were a hit! A perfect way to end the day with sunset drinks on the deck, followed by a barbeque and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit with friends. We look forward to returning in the cooler months to try out the indoor fireplace. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique farm stay or relaxing getaway in high quality accommodation.

If you’d like to wake up at sunrise to fog rolling across the dam, seeing horses gallop across the paddock for you to feed them carrots, & collect freshly laid eggs from the chickens, all from the comfort of your luxury cabin as you enjoy a coffee in front of your fire place, then Sixty6Acres is the place for you. It’s the connection to nature you didn’t know you needed.

We stayed for 2 nights and had the most wonderful time here and we were so reluctant to leave. A warm welcome by Andrew and Jo upon our arrival and was shown around the stables. We totally loved it the moment we stepped in. It was so luxurious yet cosy with ample space for children to run about. The peacefulness and beautiful scenery was too amazing beyond words!My children were so thrilled feeding the sheep, horses and chickens and collecting eggs. It was a magical experience for them.The evenings were beautiful watching the sunset followed by marshmallows by the fire.Added bonus plenty of beautiful cooking equipment if you felt like cooking and entertaining on the deck but also,so many beautiful restaurants not too far away.Thanks Andrew and Jo for this amazing property! It was the best experience.We will definitely be back again.

What a sensational stay we had at Sixty6 Acres. We got all the information for our stay prior to arriving and found it very easily with the directions. As soon as we entered the accommodation we were blown away with the ambience and furnishings. Very calming and welcoming cabin. It overlooked the dam and you could see horses in the paddock beyond. The owners greeted us at the stables to show us around and meet the animals. Donkeys, miniature cows, chickens, sheep and horses. All very friendly and the kids were immediately besotted. They had hay available to feed the animals and we picked up some apples and carrots which the donkeys were particularly fond of. Such an incredible few nights away, sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed. Thank you for sharing this beautiful and tranquil space. We will definitely be back.

Jo and Andrew were the perfect hosts. The beds were comfy, the accommodation was clean, cozy and very relaxing. Our kids had a wonderful time. I was really impressed that they thought of the smallest details to make your stay an enjoyable one. We will be back!

We enjoyed a lovely weekend at Sixty6 Acres. The rooms are 5-star, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very well appointed (the owners have thought of everything and anything you will want/need for your stay). Definitely my kind of farm stay! I highly recommend Sixty6 Acres.
