Luna Cycle Counselling
I found Lola of Luna Cycle Counselling to be very approachable from my first appointment. She made me feel comfortable straight away and really listened to me. Her voice is very calming and she’s so understanding, I felt that I could talk about anything.I feel heard, not judged, that I don’t have to hide and pretend to be fine. I’ve actually been finding that I am feeling fine more often because I have learnt strategies from Lola that really have made a difference for me.
