We have been seeing Alex and Anna for years for our haircuts They’re always friendly and professional and do a great job. Wise to book in advance because they’re quite busy, though they always do what they can to fit you in.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! My sister got her hair dyed here and came back with really short and uneven hair because they left the bleach on her hair for AN HOUR and it fried her hair. We went back to the salon and demanded a refund because it’s not the colour she asked for and her hair is basically gone. Owner was basically blaming my sister for getting her hair done and kept saying “ you know your hair is damaged right” and my sister had only asked to bleach her hair max 2 times and the hairdresser did stuff that she didn’t ask for and during the process she could feel her hair was falling off due to the bleach. The owner BLAMED MY SISTER for making HIM STAY BACK and he had to PAY EXTRA 100$ for his child baby sitter which has nothing to do with us and said it’s not his fault her hair turned out like that and charged her extra 70$ for haircut when she didn’t ask for short hair and had no choice but to cut it because it’s falling off and really uneven. Moreover, the owner kept saying she didn’t charge her extra for the toner the extra stuffs they had done for her and he said it’s GOODWILL but he kept mentioning it throughout the conversation and was upset when we wanted a refund and only ended up giving my sister 200$ back and asked to bring the stuff he had given her. I AM NO HAIRDRESSER BUT I KNOW YOU HAVE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS DURING THE PROCESS instead of doing stuff that no one asks for. I was sitting there listening to him talking and it was ridiculous from my point of view and he kept saying we wouldn’t let him talk and we hurt his feelings when we said he OVERCHARGED.

When I first walked in, I talked to a woman who tried her best to answer my questions regarding prices for my desired haircut as she was working on another customer. Then, a man who was also preparing to cut another client's hair, stepped in to answer my questions but his impatient, dismissive attitude was so off-putting and quite unwarranted. I could foresee it being a very uncomfortable experience and probably leaving there unsatisfied with a mediocre haircut. Personally, I felt like I wouldn't be able to freely tell them my preferences.If his professionalism is already so poor before I even made a booking, I could imagine how little time and care he would use cutting my hair. All things considered, I decided to search for another salon before I even left their shop.

I had my man's cut here. Very detailed service and super relaxing experience. Couldn't recommend more.

Absolutely satisfied every time when I went for cut. I didn’t mind to wait bit extra, coz I know I would get great hair cut. Personally recommend Anna if she’s available. However other lady hair designer was highly skilled and made my hair very stylish ( did last couple of months as it grows back, unfortunately .. lol) I do normally getting cut whoever available first :)

I visited and wanted a cut and colour, a guy called Alex was very impatient when I needed his advice on colouring, he gave me no idea and just chuck me the colour book n asked me to pick a colour n he walked away to serve others. When he came back, I told him I have no ideas what colour works best, so I just want a cut today and will colour next time, he then told me to wait in the standby list, I was already in a robe sitting in front of a mirror, I asked him why, he said because I said I wanted colour n now I need to wait again. He was very rude and I recommend nobody should go there

I've been going to see Anna (lead hairdresser) for over 6yrs. She's amazing, talented, and I've loved every haircut/perm/dye over the years. The place is quite busy, so you do have to wait once in a while, but it's worth it. If you aim to come, book an appointment and ensure you have time to wait and relax.Also, the shampooing/hair wash is on-point, Alex does a great job (very relaxing).Amazing team and great value!
