HM Pilates
I love and enjoy going to this Pilates classes, the instructor is lovely and full of knowledge, she gave me a lots of little tips. I can see she is passionate about health and helping others problems. Every time after attending her classes, I feel so good. Highly recommend : )

HM Pilates
This is my 4th week doing Mai's classes. She is very talented and has such a great variety of movements and choreography that really works the whole body. I have had many good instructors but Mai is the BEST. She has a passion when she teaches as well as explaining how each exercise connects with the muscles. A great body workout. There should be more of Mai's around. Am.very happy to have her as my instructor.

I love to do pilates at the park! Fresh air, surrounded by a lot of greenery... It's great!! Mai is a delightful and knowledgeable teacher. I really enjoy it!!!
