Rude and unreliable. Told me a time to pick up, which I left work to get to, and it wasn't ready (their phone doesn't work so couldn't check if it was ready before I left to get it) so I had to go back later, for which I asked them to reduce the price. When I went to pick it up the guy was so rude didn't even say one word and gave me looks. Also only take cash which to me is dodgy. Leather jacket was all wrinkled too. Do not recommend.

Always reliable with my general washing needs

I took two stained dresses here, was told they weren't sure they'd be able to remove the stains, and when I picked them up the stains were still there. I took them home and scrubbed a bit and was able to remove the stains myself. Don't waste your time and money using this service.

0 STAR- VERY DISAPPOINTING, UNRELIABLE AND UNFAIR SERVICE. I sent my pleated dress here for dry cleaning and when I got it back, the pleats were gone. This defeated the whole purpose of using the service as I sent it so that the pleats stay after washing. I asked for a full refund $20- he refused to give it to me. I bought the dress for $60. I WOULD NOT go back here, I'M NOT happy and I DID NOT get what I paid for. Instead, I paid $20 for my dress to be ruined. DO NOT send your pleated clothes here!!!

Queen sized doona was dry cleaned. The lady was VERY helpful as I have a disability and she saw and came out to my car. Same on pickup. Courteous and simple transaction. I would definitely return.

A dreadful experience.Cash only and expected me to pay $25 up front to wash the the tea towels for my business.When I came back a few days later they said I hadn’t paid.It took a lot of hasseling to remind them I had as I didn’t get a receipt.Guy just said “I forgot “Don’t go there !!!!!Beware.
