I would like to say a big thank you to Tracey the sales woman.Not only did she give amazing over the phone service, which convinced my wife and I to drive over 100 km to come to see her.She gave us all her time to explain everything we wanted to know about the tempur adjustable bed range.Her unmatched knowledge of the bed range impressed me. She knew much more than just the price and how to push a sale. She detailed warranties, structure and design to a far greater detail than anyone else. Her patience with us was incredible, as we took our time to ensure it was the right bed for us.

Recently purchased a dishwasher, disappointing to find when packaging removed that door was damaged. Unit to be installed under bench, so if sides had minor damage, would not have been an issue however door is both visual and contains electronics / pumps etc. Was given the option of keeping unit and using, door replacement approx. 10 days or return unit. While frustrating to repackage unit and transport back, also inconvenient for a family of 5 to wait a week for replacement to come into stock, this was the option we chose. Replacement unit installed & operational. We have another dishwasher to purchase for an investment property, how this was handled gives us the confidence to return for our next purchase.Thank you Harvey Norman Electrical Bendigo.

Overwhelming when you go into the tech section. So many staff there ready to pounce, and are very clearly driven to sell not help a customer's actual needs or know anything about the products.Once had a staff member put on an extended warranty without telling me, and had to tell them no, I didn't ask for that extra $150 or so charge when the cost at the counter was a lot more than the ticket.I've had a staff member tell me something didn't exist because they didn't have it - so I ordered the very real item online.I avoid going here when I can.

We attended Harvey Norman Bendigo to upgrade my mobile phone and had terrific customer service from Jye. He is a credit to your organisation and a pleasure to deal with. We will return to your store for our technical enquires. We are very impressed.

We have purchased so many items from Harvey Norman over the years. My mum ordered a bedhead, wrong one was delivered. It was close, but not the one. I just let it go, hoping my mum wouldn't notice as it was easer to just keep it. Most recent purchase, a MacBook air. Two weeks later, screen is glitching. My daughter took it back. It needs to be sent back to Apple. This is not Harvey Norman's fault, but the girl we have dealt with, Keysha, is very disappointing. Her manner was very abrasive and not helpful or sympathetic at all. I simply asked for her to put a priority on the repair as it's for TAFE studies. Conversation blew up! We were told it should be under warranty, but there also might be a quote for repair!!! Surely, a computer less than 2 weeks old would be under warranty.

I don't like Harvey Norman from previous not good experiences in store at Bendigo but yesterday was quite good dealing with the staff and ended up getting the freezer for a better price than online prices. Overall impressed with yesterday's dealing.

Needing a new fridge freezer we made our way to our local Harvey Norman store in Kangaroo Flat. We had done our homework before we arrived and knew what size we needed for our purposes as well as the physical dimensions to fit into the spot. We met Julian, the sales assistant, in the white-goods area, by the fridge we thought we were going to buy. Julian asked us if we had seen the exact same fridge with the same dimensions, just a little taller, and ‘on sale’ just a little further along. We hadn’t, and he showed us that one too. We decided on the fridge Julian suggested. Julian’s customer service technique was friendly and professional. He was not pushy and he let us make our on minds up. Thank you, Julian, for your great customer service! Well done!
