The guys came on time and installed a new gas line with a hot water service and oven. They were all friendly and the quote was very reasonable. We have an older house so they came across a few problems but the guys didn’t hesitate to stay after hours to make sure the job was complete!

Hot water system died over the weekend so I called Andrew Sunday morning and he was at our house within the hour. On top of that he had our hot water system replaced with a new one the next morning!I wasn't expecting such a quick response. To top it off the quality was just as good as the service, the previous system wasn't installed so neatly, my wife and I couldn't be happier with his work.10/10 will use again!

Can't recommend Direct Flow enough .... our business had a leak on site under the concrete car park. Rang the team at Direct Flow and they came straight over and started trouble-shooting. What a huge job to fix some rusted out fire hydrant fixings and pipe. The guys were respectful, professional and communicated every step of the way. We will be using Direct Flow for all our plumbing works in future.

Andy and his team were very professional and a very clean job. We had a Renovation on a bathroom and a new hot water unit installed. Also a hot and cold tap to wash the dog outside. Exceptional service 10/10.

Andrew and the team did a great job. We have used them for several jobs, an outdoor bathroom, installing a natural gas BBQ , blocked drains and plumbing in our existing laundry. The team are friendly, professional and come when they say they will. We will be using them when we update our laundry in the coming months.

I have an old house with old plumbing and it puts me at ease to now have a relationship with Andy and Mitch at Direct Flow. They are professional, prompt, fair with price and honest. You cannot hope for much more in a tradesperson!! Will def use again.
