Staff are rude and arrogant and don't listen to the help needed - I'm surprised at the ignorance of care they have as health workers.

On our caravan holiday around QLD , we had to go here due to my son being unwell. He got there in an ambulance while i followed with the caravan and parked up. First up can be confusing as to where the main entrance is if you use google map to find it. We actually walked most of the way around to find it. Its more toward the eastern side along main road.Site is clean and tidy, limited parking however many side streets had plenty.

The paramedics were awesome as they stopped to have a look at my mum as we were driving but when I took her to the hospital... they failed at duty of care. She had excessive vomiting from a stomach bug and they wanted to stick a swab up her nose to test for covid. When she declined which by the way is a right to do so.The doctor did not want to see her.I am so grateful it was only a tummy bug and not something more serious....God help all those who fall ill in charters towers

Ever since I moved out of home I've been trying to keep up on my health and for the first time I was told I have to have a ion transfusion. Obviously stressed I called the office to hopefully get this sorted out ASAP and the lady who answered the phone was so rude towards me and made me feel so stupid for calling them. I'm gobsmacked with how rude she was and honestly wanted to cry because of her.
