Black Cockatoo Bush Camp
The owner, Liz, could not have been more friendly or helpful. The location of the property is ideal. Off the main road, so no traffic noise (only a few local vehicles). Birdlife was amazing. On clear nights the stars were breathtaking. Good clean facilities. We will be returning and would highly recommend this place.

Black Cockatoo Bush Camp
Liz, the host is very friendly and informative about local attractions. There is a great bushwalk that is 3 km long with a sandy path. The facilities are sufficient and there is more than enough space for everybody to spread out (several hectares)

This place is absolutely beautiful. My partner and I came and stayed in our camper van for 2 nights. Facilities are great for a bush camp, and the location is stunning. Owners are friendly and helpful, but leave you be. Very relaxing stay. Will be recommending.

Black Cockatoo Bush Camp
A very relaxing place to stay, very clean toilets, nice showers, camp fires. Bunkhouse accommodation and camp kitchen available, also tent sites and powered caravan sites (extra $5 per night). Nearby nature walk. $25pp per night. Generator power only available 4 hours per day (7-9am and 6-8pm).

Black Cockatoo Bush Camp
Beautiful bush camp site with hot showers and flushing toilets set amongst red gums. Facilities are basic compared to a caravan park, but if you're a bush camper it is absolute luxury for a fraction of the price. Also a long way from main roads so at night you can just enjoy the sounds of the country side without any vehicle noise.

Our family had a very comfortable camping experience at this place. It has a big camping area which is clean and peaceful, not really far from the local town.

So relaxing, tranquil & with a bit of character thown in. The host, Elizabeth was really welcoming & shared lots of information about Naracoorte & the area. We would have liked to have stayed more than one night, so we'll definitely be returning.
