Would never trust anyone else to look after our fur baby. They always pay attention to details . Our dog always is really happy there. And they are a good price too.

Emily stayed for the day and when we picked her up she wasn't stressed or anything, so yes would highly recommend.

When I lived in Alice Springs my two cats both went here when we went on holiday and couldn't find a housesitter. They looked after both of our cats so well which was great as one has anxiety and the other is diabetic. I was worried due to the high needs of my cats but they kept me updating me and made my worries disappear. Highly recommend!

Our kitten has stayed various times while we work remotely on tours, from two nights up to two weeks. Every time we pick him up he’s happy, chubby and content. Can’t ask for more than that! Lovely attentive staff. Definitely recommend.

The staff were very professional and patiently answered all of my questions. Joe went in happily with the staff, and he was happy and excited on pick-up. I will be a returning customer.

Were able to take our kelpie on short notice when we decided to spend a few days in the West McDonnell Ranges on a recent visit to Alice Springs. Were very happy that Maisy was happy there - and she was so nice and clean when we got her back! Definitely would use them again.

I had to leave my furry friends for nearly 3 months with Pawz N Clawz when I relocated to Melbourne early this year. They were very well looked after, had lots of attention, play times and cuddles and arrived safely in their airline crates. I was worried that Rosie would be in pain and stressed but she was fine. A credit to the care they received. Thank you team!

My dog stayed here long term with short notice and she was a very happy pooch, she even went upto the ladies and got a pat before she left. Thanks for the looking after our girl. Highly Recommend

Our 4 year old staffy Elsa stayed here for 3 nights. This was our first time using a kennel. Elsa is high energy, very clingy and a bit of a sook when left with family/friends so we were a bit worried about leaving her. Picking her up she was calm, clearly well fed and very much her normal self, not sure she wanted to leave! Excellent first experience, highly recommend!

Can't be sure on the experience had by all animals staying with Pawz N Clawz however our puppy did not seem to enjoy his time there. He was visibly distressed and worked up when we collected him. He also had no voice from barking which all the dogs were doing a lot both during drop off and collection. He seems to have picked up a dislike for a cage/pen which he never had previously. I feel like his stay may have undone a lot of training and positive behaviour we have had to date. Again, I can not be sure on how all animals experience it however our dog is very a smart breed and with that, is sensitive to changing routines so it certainly wasn't a great time for him.
