Love the store I don’t mind the drive going there,Chris is very helpful goes out of her way to help you, she is polite and the team at Chester hill are the best that I have interacted withI have shopped at so many salvos Chris and her team are the best they may you feel welcomed always there for a quick chatStore always clean, does not have that used smellI go to that store cause I find everything that I look for and feel comfortable especially with the virus they are hygienicChris and her team are the best

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Even on a day with no good finds, it's a pleasure to have a chat with them

Good value when sticking to the clothes with sale colours

Always a pleasure walking into the Salvos. Prices are great and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Always so much to look at and great quality items. Pity about some of the Karens they have to deal with. I've witnessed a few exchanges between staff and customers and the staff are always super lovely.

In comparison to the vinnies store in chester hill, this store surpasses in product and pricing. Great steals on days with coloured tags and staff are exceptional in service. Highly recommend this store for its large variety of male and female clothing.

Bright,clean,friendly,helpful and reasonable prices. I donate items to them and sometimes buy items.

I visited the store and purchased a pair of boots among other things. When I came home and began to peel of the price stickers, I noticed that each of the shoes had an additional sticker of a lesser price and a more recent date. Obviously thinking I was overcharged, I returned to the store to be compensated. The store manager was very unprofessional. In her loud voice she implied that I stuck new labels to bring the price down. But why would anyone do that and leave the original price on and come back a couple of days later? I did try to explain to her kindly but she was stuck on insinuating that I had possibly rigged the price. Finding it pointless to reason with her I left the store and gifted her the boots too.This should not happen to anyone. This is my last at Salvos.

Just like every other charity store. Prices are pretty low, I don't see the point of others complaining about price in their reviews. Just remember it's for charity as well. With any charity second hand store you should have a good look at what you're buying. Cashiers seemed very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful team with two women the day i visited, they helped me search for a leather jacket, lovely conversation and pleasant to deal with, wide variety of items with a nice sized store.
