I hired minx for our wedding. Karen & the girls were absolutely incredible! I could not fault them. They did our makeup & hair BEAUTIFULLY! Not only that, they fixed grooms barber cut when we noticed it was not even without hesitation. They are FANTASTIC with children and go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you ladies. I am beyond happy to recommend you to anyone looking for styling and make up for their big day. You made us all feel very comfortable and we all had a great experience!

I had a hair trim by the apprentice who was not supervised by a qualified hairdresser. The apprentice had no idea how to cut my thick short hair. It is the worst hair cut I've had in my 74yrs. It has been unevenly cut in an uneven wedge cut on one side and at the back. Both sides are different lengths and styles. My hair grows slowly and it will take some time for the mistakes to grow out. It is too short on one side to have it cut again. I was unable to go back as I was travelling. Now I am back in Brisbane, I feel embarrassed to be seen with my haircut so obviously badly cut.

Thankyou Minx for your work on my makeup and hair on my wedding day. You really highlighted the colour I had done in my hair and accentuated the colours in my makeup too. Sorry the wind blew out my curls, but they were stunning and still made stunning wavy hair. At least the braid stayed intact. It was so nice to chat with you guys while you did my hair, it made me at ease. I highly recommend Minx for any special occassional, or just to treat yourself.
