Good selection of bags and always great quality. The staff are kind and accomodating. Always prefer dropping into store than shopping online for these guys. I’ve purchased two suitcases and a handful of bags from here over the years, always been happy with my purchases.

My experience in this particular store. I walked in, no other customers in there. Walked right next to the counter where 2 staff members were chatting and dint bother to acknowledge my presence. I looked at a few bags on both sides of the room then walked out past them again. What ever happened to customer service? I looked at them on the way out and they didn't even look at me. Must have been a hot topic at the counter.

Left and went to mt pleasant. Salesgirl was so rude to my daughter and I. Lost sales because of her. I spent $300 at mt pleasant. Same owner but needs to sack canelands girl
