Regardless what other people said I can only share my own experience. From first 5 minutes of conversation you start fill confidence and relive you are leaving a car in good hands. Phil and Chris have very nice professional attitude and done amazing job fully rebuilding my transmission, they are definitely know what they are doing. They are also suggested and fitted separate cooling radiator just for transmission and this is a game changer after all. After testing a car for half a day I can say transmission good as new or even better, gears changing very smooth, you barely can fill that. On money side they are also good and flexible with a few options and suggestions. Usually I never bother to leave any feedbacks but I am very happy with job boys done it and would like to share my experience, will strongly recommend “Absolute Automatics” for future customers. The guys at absolute auto replaced the gearbox in my Ford Ranger. Did the job for a the quoted fair price, kept the booking date and finished exactly as stated. Great communication throughout. Honest and reliable along with skill. Would use them again and highly recommended.

Tony and the boys are the most easy going yet professional in what they do. I Had brought in my Falcon for transmission problem, tony was the one who looked after her and did everything he could. While he changed the ATF and filter. He advised me about the clutch that is on it;s way out.The price was reasonable and i will be in contact with them about getting a new transmission. I would recommend anyone in Aspendale gardens to give these guys a try, they may be old (One of them is) but they know their stuff.

I took my 2011 Kluger down for a service and to get a whining noise checked out. Phil and the team did a great job on the service and did it properly (not like the people who sell the car with capped price servicing).They cleaned the gunk out of the filter, replaced the gaskets, fushed and replaced the degraded trans oil and now it drives better and the noise is gone. Trust the experts, like Absolute Automatics.

I took my Lexus GS300 to absolute and from get go, both Phil and Tony we extremely kind, helpful, professional and gave me honest feedback based on diagnostic check. Knowing littlw about cars, we put our faith in people who know more and Phil told me that i needed to take the car for a wiring check rather than have me book it in for a transmission recondition which could cost $1000's. THIS type of honesty, even at the cost of turning away business is what makes them so valuable. Highly recommended if you want to do bsuiness with a skilled, experienced and honest company.

Had absolutely fantastic service from Phil.Had a full look over my trans issue, he explained in full what his findings were and my options going forward.Really seemed to know his stuff and was only too happy to spend the time explaining. The charges were also very reasonable.

Ultimately, I didn't get any work done as my issue was nothing to do with my transmission. However, Phil and Tony were so very helpful, ran the diagnostics, and pointed out was an engine and / or turbo boost issue. They were full of advice and also pointed me in the direction of next steps". Will definitely be going back there after I have had issue fixed
