A͏ pleasant experienceJade took care of everything from: sales of the house, contacting the builder to repair the building structural defects, and finding a back up builder just incase the builder wouldn't commit to their structural defects in order to finalise the sale.After the sale, she kept persisting with the builder to commit a date of repair (booked in three times and this took over 3 months for the builder to repair).The Only thing I wouldn't have is her recommendation of Natalie Rann as a settlement agent. I had to keep persisting to get the Strata fees and building fees released. It was annoying.Thank you Jade, it was worth the cost which I wasn't sure at first but not having the hassle and the dread of dealing with builders and follow ups was a great feeling. Really lovely, knowledgeable and not your typical salesperson!As first home buyers in a fast moving market we were really anxious about the whole experience of buying our first home. We had been to a few different open homes with various realestate agents and it was all the same until we went and looked at a home for sale by Jade. She actually had a conversation like we were people and not numbers, offered to show the home again as one of us wasn’t there and even talked about other homes that would and wouldn’t be suitable (due to lending requirements) that she had on offer. Once our offer was accepted, Jade continued to keep in touch and kept us updated throughout the whole process. As a buyer, she made us feel at ease with the whole process and was nothing short of amazing to deal with.

Jade was confident she could get a premium price for our house, and even though it was on the market over the slower Christmas period, she was able to find the right buyer who saw the property's value.
