I buy from Cheesecake Shop occasionally. Having visitors who are both gluten free and lactose intolerant. Rang ahead. Advised the vegan cake would be the best one. Chose chocolate as I loathe fake strawberry.Got the strawberry as they reckoned other was sold. It was disgusting. Cake dry and strawberry flavour was fake and foul. Would’ve been disappointed if it was a $12 cake but furious it was a $60 one. Surely vegans deserve better!!!!

This is the worst Cheese Cake shop I have ever come across. Always selling bad and stale products. I am not saying all the Cheese Cake shops are bad, but I have been getting bad experience repeatedly from this shop. This time I bought a red velvet cake which was already deformed and tasted indifferent.One of my friends also had bitter experience and had to consult a doctor due to stomach problem. I strongly recommend food inspectors should conduct regular quality check on these kinds of shops.
