The studio is a fun place to train. The group training and exercise variations on offer support a really broad cross section of fitness levels and ages. It is a positive community.

Love El and Tyler's F45 studio in Geelong West! They and their team are great trainers who are super encouraging, challenging (in a great way!) and genuinely care about their members. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending a visit!

Can't thank the team at F-45 enough. Tyler and El run a fantastic club. I completely transformed my workout routine with them and enjoyed the body scans they provided to show my progress.If you want intelligently programmed workouts with the best community vibe on Earth, then look no further than F-45 G west :D

El, Tyler & all the trainers at this studio are AMAZING!! They’re never short of encouragement and support no matter where you are in your fitness levels they’re always there to give you a little push and assist when needed. Love the environment and everyone is super friendly!

Never enjoyed going to the gym until I started at F45 Geelong West. The trainers were always upbeat, encouraging and pushed me harder each session, whilst always ensuring I had the correct technique to prevent injury. I’m so grateful to the team helping me gain confidence in the gym!

El, Ty & all the trainers are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make sure all their members feel comfortable and welcomed. One of the best feelings is to walk into an environment and feel apart of a community.F45 Geelong West is more than community, its a place of feeling confident, inspired and a family orientated space. I've been training for over 2 years and have had incredible transformation results, physically and mentally- encouraging me to acheive my health goals.
