Offices are not bad but getting a bit dated. Staff are ok and location is a short walk from Rhodes station. Plenty of parking available. Located in the Rhodes business park and has really limited food options

Ordered a computer, only to be told after calling that it was out of stock. Have now been told that a refund takes 10 days. Wasted my time - very poor customer service.

I have been attempting to contact HP support for the last 2 hours, to no avail. I have talked to computers and computerised answering systems which automatically hang up on me. All I want is to speak with a human being. The worst customer service ever experienced. Worse than Telstra, Qantas and NBN put together.

Certainly the worst customer service ever experienced. Order delayed indefinitely with no ETA. Took weeks of calling to arrange a replacement product. Multiple calls with promises to get back to you" with no follow up. Avoid."

Zero stars for the utter lack of care, communication, and follow ups with my broken HP laptop (twice in the first 8 months). Lack of help on all of their communication platforms - phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger & email. A total joke and so unprofessional. Hours wasted on the phone following up and being on hold.

HP Instant Ink turns your printer into a profit printing machine for HP. Watch out if you forget to increase your plan before using your own printer. You can be slugged many times more than the printer or ink is worth in one go. It’s a short sighted cash grab that punishes the unwitting customer.
