All the staff at Renshaw's can only be described as the consummate professionals. Kind, empathetic, understanding, thoughtful & immaculately presented in every way. Nothing was too much trouble & our every need was catered for. Thank you for your kindness, support & involvement in my mums passing.

Martin handled my grandmothers funeral arrangements with the upmost respect and decorum. He was professional and timely in our arrangements and helped us every step of the way. The service, booklets and overall presentation of everything was fabulous. I would highly recommend dealing with Martin and his team, they made a difficult time that much easier for our family. I recently lost my Grandmother and had had no experience in organizing a funeral. It was something I found very overwhelming. Martin and Fiona were incredible. They were compassionate and kind but so knowledgeable and organised everything perfectly. I could not have done it without them. Forever grateful for their care and assistance during that difficult time.

Recently had the displeasure in dealing with this crowd after the death of my beloved mother. Wish I read the reviews here first because I wouldn't have gone there otherwise.I dealt with a very rude man who was more interested in the $$ than what the family wanted, then told my the fees had to be paid before the cremation or she couldn't be cremated.They arranged for mum to be collected after I rang them to make an appointment so I had no choice but to use them when they already had her there.The coffin looked like a prac project a high school kid put together out of plywood, a few of the screws split the wood underneath and a few were sticking out. We certainly didn't get the send off we wanted for Mum.These people are why the funeral industry have a bad name.

Thank you Martin & Fiona for the care taken with out mother. From the arrangement process with a clear understanding of the service layout and the price structure of the funeral was truly appreciated, you helped us with a dignified send off but within our budget. The rosewood coffin was beautiful as were the roses on the coffin. Your service, fees and care we could not fault. Thank you also to Bathurst Chapel & Crematorium for catering to our families needs for our family viewing and time of reflection. Heartfelt thanks to all.

When our dear Mum passed away, Renshaws made the process of organising her funeral almost bearable. They were always professional & very courteous.
