Duco Recon

Took my car (less than 12 months old) to Duco get a new bumper painted and installed, they painted the bumper the wrong colour, there was debris in the paint work, and visible masking lines on the job.As soon as it was pointed out to the guy by comparing the old bar with the new one he agreed it was the wrong colour and seemed genuine to sort it out, he told me he would get straight on it.2 days later my car had not been touched, I knew then I was being stuffed around so I paid for the part they supplied and the agreed amount for the fitting of the bar and I took my car.The next day I get a call from another guy from Duco arguing that there’s nothing wrong with it, I explained the issue and he he still wouldn’t listen, so I took photos and sent them to him.I got no response cause I’m right, they painted the bumper the wrong colour, there is specs of debris in the paint from poor prep work and then tried to stuff me around.I also know what I’m talking about cause years ago my family were in the smash repair business for a long time and I use to paint cars myself.Now taking my car to someone else who can do the job right and not stuff me around.
