I started with private lessons (coach Ken is outstanding) , my daughter joined a week later we both love it! Great place to train, great management, coaches, students, friendly and approachable. Absolutely recommend one purpose BJJ for people of all ages and skill levels from beginner to advanced.

One of the biggest and best BJJ clubs Brisbane has to offer, with the number of classes and size of the facility there are so many options to suit most people's schedules, the coaches are professional, patient and highly technical this is a world-class BJJ club and I love training here

I've trained at One Purpose for over a year. I immediately loved the people and atmosphere when I started, but now training a bit longer I've really come to appreciate just how knowledgeable and straight up excellent the instructors are. The content and teaching is really well-structured, and detail-orientated which is so important for such a complex martial art.

My first experience with BJJ is at this gym. I've been training here for about a year now and It has been awesome. The coaches are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the art, from technique, to health and competition preparation. Apart from being great teachers of the art form, they also teach and demonstrate great integrity. The other students here are welcoming and friendly. If you are thinking of trying out BJJ or if you are looking for a new place to train, I highly recommend One Purpose BJJ.

I can’t recommend One Purpose enough. The combination of Black Belts who run the academy are so perfect that, no matter what you’re looking to get out of your training, you will find yourself at home here.... Having both Male and a Female Black Belt in charge is unique and I have come to realize is so Important, the dynamic it creates, makes for the most positive well rounded experience I’ve had in a gym. Tegan, Bob and Jamie are amazing coaches who always make sure that you’re taken care of, on and off the mats. Five stars every day of the week.

Great gym. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Super knowledgeable coaches that are also fun and friendly. Huge range of tailored class options catering to kids, complete beginners, through to experienced competitors preparing for international tournaments. I personally drive past 10 other BJJ gyms just to get to One Purpose.

Biggest and best BJJ gym around. Coaches are friendly, highly skillful and are very detailed in their approach to teaching. If you're looking for a BJJ gym, this is the place to be. Spacious, welcoming and quality teaching.
