Helen is the best! Great customer service!! I came in not quite sure about eyelash extensions, as the only other place I had been provided a bulk service- get in, get out, no discussion about options and what would work well for you.Helen is the absolute opposite, she talks to you about what you want and what her professional opinion is for your desired look.I am so glad I came and have since returned.Thank you!

Helen is so kind and professional, she gave me a lash lift and tint and did an amazing job. Her space is so welcoming and she made me feel very comfortable. First time getting my lashes done, I chose Helen and Sweet Lashes because of the amazing reviews and I wasn’t let down! Had a great experience and really happy with the result. Helen made sure she knew what I wanted and showed me lots of photos and made some recommendations for me. Gave me lots of information about aftercare and I purchased her foam cleanser with brush also - super convenient!

Absolutely brilliant lashes! Have never felt lashes that feel so real and light. Well definitely be back!Helen has an eye for detail and is a true perfectionist.Don't expect to be in and out quickly.Perfection takes time.

I've been going to Helen for almost a year and she is so gentle, sweet and attentive. She is extremely thorough with her work and always has her clients best interests at heart. I found that her extensions can last quite a long time if you look after them properly.

Due to my usual lash technician being away and Helen was aware that I was anxious about going to a new place yet again & she made it such a relaxing and reassuring experience … even checked in a few days later to see how my lashes were going!Beautifully done and highly recommend! Helen was very nice and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable, ensuring the under eye pad wasnt irritating me after applying it. She also made sure I was comfortable and happy with my lashes before I left. My lashes looked amazing and I felt like a million dollars.

Helen is so sweet and welcoming. I've never felt comfortable going to large salons as they tend to push serums and make comments on how weak your eyelashes are. Helen made great suggestions for my lashes and they turned out amazing, have had many compliments since :) Highly recommend
