I went into the shop to enquire about some alterations and I received the worst service ever. The man was so rude and was saying rude things about my daughter it was just disgusting. He had a bad attitude and would not recommend this place.

I came all the way into the city to enquire about the possibility of wedding dress alterations now that I am an expecting mama (bought my dress earlier in the year). Came in with my dress and explained my situation she didn't even look at my dress and all she did was make excuses and in top of that she made me feel as though it was an abomination to be pregnant. The WORST customer service experience..Wouldn't recommend this place at all!

I brought in a bespoke suit for final alterations. I found the store to be highly welcoming and accommodating, and the actual service and workmanship to be excellent. They were prompt with the work and I was very happy with everything that did. I will definitely return!

Absolutely disgusting service. I recently picked up a dress I had altered (which cost $90) and was extremely disappointed with the work. The straps on the dress needed to be shortened at the back. One side was fine but the other, the chain was completely twisted. I showed the man and he insisted the dress was already like that. I had photos of what it looked like before but he refused to look.He was rude and not accommodating at all.Terrible experience. Will never return.

Dropped off some jeans, they pinned them for length and said “Come back in an hour” - Brilliant. These ladies had me sorted in less time than it takes for a haircut in downtown Adelaide - Highly recommend them.
