Keep away from this store whenever possible!!! The male staff in store today was extremely racist and could not be more rude to us. He showed no interest in helping us. It’s really a shame that the nice female staff has to work with him.

I just wanted to say how awesome Brendan and Justin at this store were. They were absolutely fantastic in helping me find a gaming console. Brendan and Justin’s service was impeccable especially Brendan what a great guy. I will definitely continue to shop here, this is my favourite EB.Thank you so much Brendan and Justin

Really great staff that go above and beyond. I got a great deal on my trade in and purchases. I've bought a bunch here, and they are always really helpful. On my last shop, the manager took a kids resume in whilst I was looking for games and actually took the time to tell him what he needed to improve if he wanted a position in retail. It wasn't mean in the slightest and I was so impressed that he took the time to help this kid out, instead of just taking the resume and not contacting him.Great store, and amazing staff!

Every time I find something I want to click and collect it is never EVER in stock at this ebgames. The one time the website said it was in stock, I waited an hour just to get told my order has been cancelled, because, surprise surprise, they are out of stock. Checked the website immediatley after this to see it was update with out of stock. Shouldn't take a poor customer experience to update your websites stock levels.

Extremely helpful to my partner and myself. Called earlier this morning if they had the Pokémon oled switch (with no preorder) and luckily enough they had one available! Came in 2 hours later and saved it for us and we’re really friendly. Would definitely come back here again!
