I have used this salon a few times and every time I attend, they say 2minutes.. 2 minutes.. and I have sat waiting up to an hour for a manicure.Avoid this place if you’re in a rush and don’t want to sit around while they rotate customers. Many times they have put customers before me because the customer wanted to leave.

the lady doing my nails friend came in and was rushing to do mine so her friend wouldn’t leave, leaving me with low quality nails and without the design we discussed. My toes were cut a bit unevenly and you can see my actual nails underneath the acrylics which make them look gross but the guy serving was very friendly

I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews on small businesses. However, after today's experience at this salon I think I have to make a statement.I'm a man who came in for eyebrow waxing. While the end result wasn't too bad, the lady wasn't the most considerate in the process. No questions considering what style/shape or even a simple, Just a clean up?". She didn't even offer to show the end result with a hand mirror or ask if I'm happy with the result or give advice on styling etc. I got in my car later and noticed some outline hairs haven't even gotten waxed. It feels half done. The whole process felt rushed like I wasn't valued as a customer. Small considerations during the service can easily determine if I'll come back or not.Happy to discuss the matter with management if they're humble enough to listen to my experience and advice."

I’ve recently moved to Melbourne in the last week and thought I’d give a new salon a try for infills. I chose this place as it seemed to be busy and lots of great reviews.Firstly I sat down and explained that I’d like my gel nails soaked off and acrylic put on. 6 times the lady asked me if I wanted SNS. I said no to those 6 questions and said acrylic as SNS destroyed my nails. After soaking them off she consistently drilled my natural nails so far that it became extremely hot and sensitive. While putting on my nail tips, the lady very aggressively filing them down had sliced my cuticles again and again while also twisting my hands for her liking but would twist my wrist the wrong way no matter how many times I said it hurt.After all of that, she ignored everything I had said and continued to do SNS. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which she replied to trust her that she knows what she is doing. The result was not even close to the picture (French ombré, very simple) even the lady sitting beside me laughed at them. In the end I still was forced to have SNS but chose a solid colour as they clearly wouldn’t listen to what I came in for. When filing down the SNS to shape them, she would tell me I need to stop moving my hand and need to leave it where she is placing it. I never moved my hand, she would lean on it and it would lower. She constantly got up me like I was a child.As someone who has gotten their nails done for over 12 years, this was one of the most awful experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this place ever. Terrible service.

I’ve been to this salon, 2 maybe 3 times. Each time wasn’t amazing but it was decent enough. Mind you I often don’t complain. However today I had a pedicure and got SNS with tips and the pedicure was fine enough but the SNS was terrible. I had two ladies work on me, 1 was extremely rough and the other was better but still rough. The tips were stuck on my skin so felt strange then the lady glued her rubber glove on to my finger (I still have a bit of glove stuck on my finger), she kept complaining that my hands weren’t relaxed when they were and I haven’t had complaints about this before (I’m not new to getting my nails done), she put clamps on my nails and I don’t know if this is something common with SNS or getting tips but I’ve never experienced that before and it was one of the most awkward and painful things about getting my nails done today and felt completely unnecessary as like I’ve said I haven’t needed the clamps before. One of the clamps botched up the progress of one nail but she fixed it surprisingly, how ever one of the tips was lop-sided and still is. The filing and drilling was done quite roughly and I repeatedly complained that it hurt and winced at the pain. I got a “sorry” once or twice and they slightly changed how they were doing things but still were quite rough. Found this experience extremely infuriating and painful and I will no longer be returning here. When I googled the place I was both surprised and unsurprised that they had a 1 star rating. Hopefully the salon improves or people start going elsewhere.

Have been coming here for pedis for years was always great service and staff and the manager were lovely and did a great job. Last few visits noticed staff has changed, not friendly or helpful and I noticed the place is quite dirty and the service, well there is none anymore. Avoid

Do not go here. I went to get an SNS with tip done and the lady refused to give me almond nails insisting coffin were better. She ended up doing a poor square nails that were so bad that 3 ripped off in one week and 1 is now infected. I went back to get them fixed and the lady was so beyond rude. Firstly they made me stick my nails in a CUP of acetone, not a bowl, not foils a CUP!!! She said I should never have gotten long nails as I have short nail beds. She proceeded to be rough with me and started telling me off because she was in a bad mood after I made her aware I was unhappy with how she was doing my nails. She proceed to WRECK the other nails that had not come off by being so rough she scrapped off their top coat with the sand paper tool. To finish I went to wash my hands before the top coat got put back on and the lady grabbed my bag, handed it to another then they did the top coat while I was standing about to pay. I had to walk out with wet nails. I have NEVER in my life written a bad review or complained about a service but this place was appalling and I will make sure I nor anyone I know goes back here. I am disgusted.

I've never made a google review before and support small business but I am still angry. I left the salon knowing it was a terrible job, but didn't realize just how bad they were until 2hrs later when the first nail cracked!!! Now not even 48hrs later, 3 cracked, 1 broken and I've not done anything differently.I've had SNS nails for at least the last 6-7 yrs and usually they last 3, sometimes 4 weeks & only need to go back for refills.She asked if I wanted them shorter, I said a tiny bit as she proceeded to cut at least 3/4 of the length off!I didn't have time & didn't want to bother going back for them to fix them as I can tell it will be pointless.She kept going in too hard with the drill, causing dent's she'd go back to try & touch up.She was too focused on trying to upsell everyone to add manicures instead of just doing her job properly.I should've known when a lady walked in and wanted to switch to acrylic as her SNS chips all the time that it wasn't going to end well.My now short, stubby chipped nails will never go back ever again. Now I've got to find time before xmas to get them redone elsewhere.

if i could give 0 stars i would, the person doing my nails was more concerned on being on a call and her phone rather then doing my nails. she was also rough and kept cracking my fingers. i also booked an appointment at 6:00 and they started doing my nails nearly towards 7:00, overall wouldnt come here again
