Don’t take your car there for pink slip. I was quoted thousands of dollars for repair and the owner said it was not road worthy. I took it to another mechanic recommended by a family friend and they passed my pink slip

Owner of store was entirely unhelpful and rude on phone - these folks clearly only think about themselves and don't want to assist customers. After mentioning that I was stuck by the road side without the wheel lock nut key, he rudely stated how am I supposed to get the wheel off then?" Err

A big thank you to Rock at MyCar Cammeray who went out of his way to help me today when my battery died in my car a block away. Also a big thank you to the Manager Darren for being very helpful and accommodating too.My three year old had fallen asleep while I was trying to work out what to do and I arrived unannounced at MyCar to ask for their advice. Rock walked with me to my car and jump started it and then kindly drove it back to MyCar so I didn’t have to wake the three year old to drive.They efficiently sorted out the problem and I had the battery replaced quickly and at a good price.I really appreciated how they went out of their way to help me today and would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, out of my control my car was towed to the Cammaray store ran by Darren. Not only did Darren overquote a part replacement to my warranty provider by $1,500. He then proceeded to order the unapproved expensive part and threatened me if I didn't accept the additional costs. Luckily a mechanic nearby helped me tow the car to their shop. I highly recommend you look elsewhere in the area. Hard to reach, lack of updates, over quoting and threatening.
