Beautiful to browse but too expensive for my wallet. I shop for Japanese furniture and fabrics on the other side of town where there's a greater chance I can afford them.

Love visiting this place, for inspiration ideas for gifts for my friends and family, or even for me. A great selection of Japanese antiques and art decor, as well as lots of fabrics and second hand kimonos/offcuts too. Staff are always helpful and friendly, and can meet the most discerning needs.

Cool place. Not everything is made in Japan. The women working there are always friendly and polite. The old guy is a bit gruff. Decided not to buy anything because his attitude needs work.

My boyfriend bought two bowls whilst we were in Japan, however, one broke in transit on the way home. Despite the fact that it wasn't the most expensive bowl, I heard about the art of 'kintsugi' and decided to get it fix; Kazari offers this service. It was a little bit expensive, but so worth it as the bowl looks fantastic and now my boyfriend has a (new) precious bowl to help complete his set. Shout out to Mina for her great service!
