Today Andrés delivered my newly purchased Schiller S1 Waterbike. I would like to congratulate Andrés for his exceptional service. He not only travelled over an hour each way to deliver the water bike personally but spent nearly 2 hours unpacking, setting up the bike, oiling it and giving advice and showing me how to use and look after it. He patiently answered every question I had. I found him to be extremely respectful, pleasant, enthusiastic about his love of the bike and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He also promised after purchase service at any time. I have never received such great service.
