Coles Ramsgate is great, lots of parking, nice fresh produce, some GLUTEN FREE options so something for me which is nice. Great staff that are happy to help if you have any questions. Quick service with a smile makes Coles Ramsgate is a quick and easy shopping experience every time I've dropped by for something quick or a substantial shop.Thank you...Cheers...

I think it's time for the cashier old lady with the white hair to retire. She is a perfect example of a grumpy old person. I witnessed her being rude to a customer tonight, 6th of March. She refused purchase even though she said a limit of 2 per person and refused to give the 3rd person of the family the purchase and a random customer tried to get involved and be a hero was even worse trying to defend the cashier who was clearly lying. I was standing behind the family waiting for my turn and was disgusted by the cashiers behaviour. Maybe she needs to be retrained how to be honest and follow policies.

Worst coles around. Stock is almost always empty. When you come early in the morning bread is still in the making and around afternoon (2pm) all is gone. Some of the stuff are very unhelpful. Generally a lot of chaos in there and scarcity of products.

unfortunately today me and my friends walked in to get my friends mum some chicken noodles for her sore throat, as we walked in we saw our friend so i called out her name and one of the employees or manager, i think her name was helen, gave me and my friends the filthiest look, she kept her eye on us with a dirty look on her face. we then walked into an isle and she made an announcement to turn on the cameras for the isle we were in. she immediately thought we were shoplifting, I AM APPALLED, how dare she assume that we were shoplifting. we were just trying to buy some stuff, it’s not nice when someone just assumes the worst. i am really disgusted with this behaviour

Absolutely disgusting. I have already submitted a feedback form to Coles which has been sent to the regional manager. Fresh produce is always moldy and never fresh. I have complained about the moldy onions and nothing has been done at all. The produce boxes have decomposed vegetables stuck to them and are never changed. These photos were taken two days ago. All of the onions were beginning to grow, have mold on them or were so old they were squishy!

Really well stocked, always has a great variety of music/songs playing through the speakers and super friendly staff. Parking can be difficult at times due to the limited space. But if you get there early or really late you’ll be fine!

Well stocked small but usually always busy. Good location, lots of parking but can sometimes be difficult to find a spot. Very convenient for late night shop.You can usually find what you need in this shop ,has all the usual things you find in Coles. Staff are always busy restocking so in the evenings shop is always cluttered. The staff do a good job restocking the shop ,but I think this shop is showing its age ,definitely needs a reno.

This Coles is really well stocked. The deli section has a huge range of cheeses, olives and cold cuts. Great selection for a charcuterie board. The meat section is jam packed with various cuts in the beef and lamb freezers. Good range of organic veg and Aussie produce.Only self check out registers were available late in the evening.There a good selection of house indoor plants at the front of the store.Plentiful parking available in front and also adjacent and back of the store. Located in the shopping precinct in Ramsgate.

Definitely my preferred local" supermarket. The only exception is when they close the supermarket at an earlier trading time without any notification to the public prior in doing so [FYI if you ever notice a security guard at the entrance doors be aware that is exactly what is happening on that evenings trading operation] and sadly not looking forward to having Brighton Le Sands as the closest Coles when they shut shop for the fancy pants apartments development which is now only a couple months away - heres hoping Brighton Le Sands up their game!!"
