A+ service. Had an alternator needed to be replaced through warranty and the service I received was the best I've ever gotten in town. Gene made the process painless and quick and I cannot recommend this place enough! Will never go anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

Very rude female manager that was overheard complaining and demanding a worker from the local electric scooter company move some scooters from outside the store from council land Repco have no control over.The scooter company employee did not deserve to be spoken to like that which makes me wonder how this manager treats her own staff.

Quite helpful with my enquiries today. They Were training up a new employee. New recruit's customer service was a bit hit and miss but they were probably just nervous. Trainer explained how to make the order online and that was successful

Helpful staff. I needed a bearing kit, and explained on the phone that I was in a semi, and where could I park. I was given directions to park in the street behind the shop, so that worked. Good work, Repco Nth Rocky!
