Wow..I really should of read the bad reviews before I put down a deposit. How this company makes money is by ripping people off. I ordered a Mickey and Miney mouse jumping castles for my daughters 1st birthday and this did not turn up all. Luckily I had another company come and rescue the day. When I called to see where my castle was the lady I spoke to was very rude and used the excuse she didn't work with jumping castles but will call the driver. I told her look you guys are over an hour late and another company has now set up a different castle and I would like my full deposit back. Her reply was we dont do refunds but credits. Guess what,I paid for a service you did not provide. I want my deposit back and I've also gone to fair trading. Have a nice day!

I've used Western Sydney Jump several times and Tanya was exceptional so were her staff that came out to set up. There were two times that we booked late for Easter...and Western Sydney Jump came through both times with short notice. I suggested a piece of equipment and a few months later I have seen it coming soon. They listen to clients. Personal service and exceptional quality of products that keep growing.

Unfortunately WSJ has let us down due to circumstances beyond our control. Back in October 2020 we hired a jumping castle for a function and paid a $50 deposit. We were notified a few days prior that strong wind and rain was expected on the day of our event so if possible the jumping castle would need to be moved inside. We couldn't do that due to ceiling height and WSJ didn't have a smaller castle that would fit. So we organised another castle from another company. We were told we couldn't get a refund as per the terms and conditions and they offered us a credit for $50.In December 2020 we decided to book a slushy machine to use at a function we were having at home in January to use the credit we had. However government restrictions were changed after the booking was made to only allow for 5 visitors. I emailed to let them know we may have to cancel the slushy machine due to COVID restrictions and not being able to have the function. Tanya's reply was rude, saying we cannot cancel equipment hire or we would lose the deposit as per the terms and conditions. Mind you we never received an invoice with terms and conditions for the slushy machine, only the previous jumping castle. She then said there was still an option to have the function at a park! Who wants to carry heavy machinery through a park! However it was only after I enquired about the weight of the machine (and would I then need to use a generator) that she told me they both required 2 people to lift and were very heavy and the generator would be an additional $110! So she was happy for us to have to spend more money as well as carry heavy machinery through a park! This is a health and safety issue for us and weight should be listed on the website or mentioned upon enquiry. After asking for her leniency during these unprecedented times, I was then told my options were to select something else that didn't require power (which nothing else suited) or to choose a venue that had power available. Very unreasonable. They wouldn't have lost money, if anything they are worse off because if I cancelled they would keep only the deposit that they have had since December anyways, and if I rescheduled or went ahead they would have received the full payment amount. For a small business you think that they would be happy to go above and beyond to ensure their clients were happy and not continually put barriers in the way for a $50 credit that could have turned into a lot more income for them! Now I will not use them again or refer them to anyone.

Western Sydney Jump were easy to contact and fast to receive responses. They were flexible with drop off times and pickup times and have great items to hire. We particularly loved their inflatable ball pitt for our daughter's 1st birthday. Highly recommended.

This company is not even worth 1 star.I booked a jumping castle for my christmas party to enjoy and to have fun on. I booked this 2 weeks before my event. i got an email in my inbox with a google calendar to accept the event, which i did then not knowing i received another email in my junk to pay the invoice. They sent a list with the google calendar of the things they require like a photo and location which i also provided to them. Then the week of the event at 8:30PM i get a notification of them cancelling my google event. no email, no message regarding as to why. then i sent an email asking why it was canceled. Tanya sent back a short blunt email saying the invoice was unpaid. Once i knew there was an invoice needing to be paid i sent about 10 emails regarding the invoice wanting to pay asap to secure my booking, then i had no reply so i tried messaging them on instagram no reply i called left a voice mail no reply, so i messaged the next day on the phone number. She replied back very bluntly and said she cant reply until 5:30PM so i waited. Then Tanya shut me down telling me that i can no longer have the jumping castle very rudely and i said i would pay the invoice at that moment to secure my spot and she continued to shut me down and told me she cant offer it to me. If she cared about her clients she would send an email asking if i still wanted to go ahead with my booking or if something went wrong with the payment not just cancel the event and shut me down offering it to someone else.Their customer service is a joke and i would not recommend going through this company at all. Very stressed and unhappy as to have such minimal time to look for another company during this time of year to organise.

The team did an amazing job setting up and packing up the jumping castle in an efficient and effective time schedule for the party. The team were also so friendly and kind.

I had booked a jumping castle and put $100 down deposit. I had to message the day before party and confirm and Tanya then let me know that they could not bring the castle out because of strong winds and I could not get a refund. I found another place that said the winds were fine and brought out a castle and told Tanya this and her customer service was horrible, she told me to go to Fair Trading. Contacted Fair fair trading and they contacted Tanya and they said she should return deposit and that Tanya said she would. Still 7months later (party was in august) and have not received any of the deposit. Would not recommend or go back ever.

Totally appalled at the service received by this company. I ordered a large castle online and paid in full prior to the day. When the castle arrived, it was not the same one that I ordered and was much smaller. We were informed that they were unable to find the one we ordered. Considering the warehouse was less than 10minutes away from our location, we asked if it could be returned for another larger one even if it had different characters on it.The owner rudely refused this request as she did not want to be out of pocket to pay the driver again to pick up a new one. Her only solution was to pack up the castle and provide a refund which would have left us without a jumping castle for my daughters first birthday with 18 kids in attendance. The owner continued to insist that she would not rectify her error of not sending the correct order and I therefore had to pay the delivery driver another payment to swap it over. This meant that I had to pay double the original quoted cost of delivery.I have used this company in the past and always referred them to others however after this experience we will never use them again! I do not recommend using this company and would suggest finding a company that knows what real customer service is!

Unfortunately my experience with this company was terrible - I had booked the giant jenga and the basketball hoops for a party, and the morning of I was told that the hoops were damaged and couldn't be used. The lady I spoke to did not seem to realise the major inconvenience and stressed caused on the morning of my event. I spent most of my morning contacting other providers and obviously because it was such late notice I was unable to secure anything. I was not given consolation for this inconvenience, all she said was 'check our website and see what else we have' - and most games were booked. It added a lot of unnecessary stress on the day of my event. If you use these guys make sure you have a back up because they don't care if they cannot provide for you, even if you have booked weeks in advance.Just responding to your post - I didn't make payment because you cancelled my order! You contacted me on the morning of my event saying it was no longer available... How can I pay? The options left for me to hire were games for children and therefore did not suit my event. You did not offer any consolation, I had to ask for it! And yes I didn't pay, after you told me you could not provide the service. A good business would tell me of the risk of your cancellation or provide a back-up.
