The hardest place to find, signage is atrocious parked in the lower carpark gotmyqheelchair out then had to do the whole process again, when we realised we were in the wrong spot

I initially went to get crutches straight after my accident, i didn't have a tac number so paid for them myself. I was told that they cover up to 1k with a tac number. This isn't true, it's only some items. They did offer afree wheelchair delivery service but because of tac i felt like they thought it was too hard. They then redirected me to the competition. It may have been tac was being difficult? Maybe? That's another review soon i guess.Overall not happy and felt fobbed off.
