City and Regional Cleaning Management

I DO NOT recommend this company and highly suggest, if you are using them, to check they are providing the service you are paying them for.They took over our previous cleaning company and seemed quite professional so we stayed with them.Within a few months they had halved the cleaning hours the cleaners were doing but still charged us the full rate. The office cleaning deteriorated over that time and it became quite obvious there was a problem. When we investigated and found out what had happened we questioned them. Both Glen and Belinda came to our office for a meeting and were very apologetic. They promised to rectify it all -Our cleaning would be returned to the agreed hours and a credit note would be issued for the time paid but not worked.I should have got this immediately in writing because Glen backtracked soon after.It took me 6 weeks to get a credit note from him and it was for less than half the owed amount. When he finally responded to my emails about this he said that the credit was issued in ‘good faith’

Great service and attention to detail.

Now this place I recommend to any one who needs anything cleaned . I used this company for a builders clean and all staff are highly trained ,great customer service . Very happy

Glen and his operation are very professional and thorough in what they do. They were accommodating and flexible to work around the needs of my children at home.The quality of the clean was superior to any other cleaners we have had in.Highly recommended!
