The pest control was quite successful, but I had 2 rats die in my roof on different weeks (week 4 and week 6) and I had to spend nearly twice the cost of the pest control itself to clear the carcass.The pest control company refused to do the cleaning and failed to take any accountability nor extend assistance for the incident.I had to hire external cleaning agents to do the disposal and disinfecting who were very good, but should have ideally been done by the pest control company in my view.Above all this money and effort, the inconvenience went through for 2 weeks with the bad odours of dead rat and the time taken in finding a right person to clear the carcass was like hell of an experience in the interim period. Thank god, its all good now with the help of another external pest control company (get in touch with me to get the details of other pest control company whom I strongly recommend for pest control and cleaning inclusive....)
