Spent an insurmountable amount of time communicating back and forth with building management to have a boom gate repaired without success. Fortunately, a gentleman named Luke was onsite today completing a seperate job. After a quick conversation he had a fix in place within 5 mins. A brilliant lad and a fantastic service... I can't recommend highly enough!UPDATE - 22 July: Luke was back onsite in the last week completing a seperate job and he noticed that the gate still required attention. Without prompting, he spent a small amount of time implementing a more permanent solution. All I can say is the gate has been a dream ever since. Thanks again Luke!

We’ve been using All doors for some time now and to be completely honest weren’t very happy with the service until we had a lovely young Gentleman by the name Jake come out. Right away we could tell he knew what he was doing and not only that but he was able to fix a on going problem with the noise of the door vibrating into the apartments above. Jake was able to resolve this issue when multiple other techs said nothing could be done. Definitely a lot happier now thanks too Jake. Very polite service and great communication skills. Definitely recommend ADS and ask for Jake.Thanks All doors

Sent this business an email including a fair few other companies for a swing gate quote. Instead company replies all including other companies I am chasing a quote on saying it was unethical and quotes are confidential information. Not sure why he did reply all" and I'm assuming he was under the assumption it was some sort of a group chat. Would not recommend this company. All the company should've done is replied directly to my self or ignored my email... Instead he responded with the intention of gaining an audience so that he could be on his imaginary pedestal.This is his email"Hi MarkWe will not be providing a quote on this occasion

All Door Solutions fitted a motor to our roller door on 23/10/2030 for a cost of $5000 Since installation there has been an intermittent fault that causes the door not to open. All Door Solutions refuses to fix the fault (except for more charges) and has been totally unhelpful in rectifying the situation. Extremely dissatisfied. We ended up having to hire another contractor to get the door working. Avoid ADS at all costs.

Hi. I cannot speak more highly of Damion who came to fix my security door. He knew exactly what to do to fix the problem that was to take out the glass sliding door, take out the windlw so he could lift out the security door from the outside as I have shutters on the inside. All Doors Solutions are a fantastic business to deal. All the staff there were more than willing to help me with all my concerns. I have nothing negative to say about All Door Solutions at all. I am very satisfied with the service they provided me and overall the staff were very plesent to deal with. I will be coming back here for sure in the future! Thank you All Door Solutions.

I am the Ops Manager for a company in Loganholme. Called for assistance when the roller door got stuck just on 5.00pm. Was advised that, as the service department was about to close, it would be an 'after hours' charge. I was not advised what that charge would be. The job took around 15 minutes and, on receiving the invoice, I note that the minimum charge was 4.5hrs - $675. I am trying to support local business but, had I been advised of the excessive fees I would never have contracted All Doors to service the job. The technician was very helpful. Hopefully he gets paid 4.5hrs overtime!!Very disappointed....accept that I would need to pay a reasonable fee for the service but $675 plus GST is definitely not what I consider a reasonable fee.On a positive note, this was my second (albeit my last) dealing with All Door Solutions, and I cannot fault the staff. Everyone I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful. That, however, is not enough for me to be happy about paying $675 to have someone come out and un-jam the roller door :(
