Our well used camper trailer had 2 broken zips and the floor has started to seperate in a few places.Got it back from John this weekend and the repairs were that good I had to think back to what the original issues were because the repairs blended in so well!High quality repair and didn’t get charged an arm and a leg for it.Quality of work 5/5Fair pricing 5/5I will be highly recommending these guys to anyone.

I attended this business after seeing the roadside advertisement and actually got to speak with John himself about a medium size awning I wanted to have fitted off the side of my patio. John offered to attend my residence to have a look at the job and provide a no obligation quote by email soon after. Well he did attend, but that is as far as the job went. I telephoned John a week later and his response was pleasant - but false. He stated he thought he had sent the quote and after I informed him I never received it, he offered to resend it. To this day, I have never heard from John or received a quote. He comes across professional and positive, but he is as false as my mother-in-laws teeth. All he had to do was tell me directly or by email, my job was too small or not something he was interested in doing. Instead, he chose to lack intestinal fortitude and simply ignore me. I have no idea what level of quality his work would be, so it would be ignorant of me to comment, but his customer service reached the dizzy heights of 1 star. Well done! John - you are a too real.

Had a small repair job on a camper trailer annexe. No problems. Done in half the time quoted and for very little cost. And the work looks great. Wouldn't be able to tell it was repaired unless I pointed it out to you.
