Needed to connect a household appliance, and rung up multiple plumbers. SV Plumbing were the ONLY ones that answered immediately and we were booked in for the very next day, early morning at that! The boys were on time, very fast, professional and even checked that the machine is fully operational after the service. Shea and the team recently completed a 15 metre relining job, whilst also setting up a new storm water system for the front yard. Great service, prompt & professional by both Shea & Andrew.Rang Shea & left a message between 9-10am on a Wednesday letting him know my gas hot water system had failed. He rang back at around 11.30am, by 12.30pm he had already sorted a new unit to be delivered & Andrew to be on site later that afternoon to install. A neat tidy & professional job later, I was having a nice hot shower by 6pm. Absolutely recommend!

Stupid good. Like, really on it. The guys are nice; Shea’s really responsive and knows his stuff; focused on fixing the problem rather than taking your money (like organising SAWater for you before organising a call-out) and my cat likes them. Weird point, sure, but people with cats will understand.

I discovered a possible underground leak where the mains connect to the house on a Friday evening. I called a few plumbers, leaving voice mails and/or online quote requests. First thing Saturday morning I received a call from Shae from SV Plumbing. He listened to my description and deduced it was likely under the concrete. He offered to send someone over that weekend but warned of the extra cost and instead offered first job that Monday morning as well as suggested tips to reduce the water waste in the meantime. The whole phone call made me feel heard and understood and I was immediately calmed by his responsiveness. Sure enough Monday just before 8am, Shea had 2 gentleman at my door who were just as polite and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and in less than 2 hours had located the leak which was indeed under concrete, cut out a small hole, replaced the pipe section, refilled the concrete, and cleaned up any mess. The price was affordable, especially considering the customer service, and an invoice was supplied via email along with a link to SA Water to claim for excess water use due to a leak. Very happy with the experience, and while I hope I don't need their services again, should any issues arise I know who I will be calling!
