Manager was rude and condescending;insinuating I did not appreciate quality when I acted surprised at the high price of a vanity unit. I returned after a few minutes to politely tell him I didn’t appreciate his behaviour only to be spoken to even more rudely, raising his voice and talking over me. The worst service and attitude I have ever experienced. Will never set foot in this store again and would encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Been dealing with Scott and the team at Beaumont's for close to 10 years now and have always been helpful and courteous. Anytime i have any tiling related issue Scott always has the answer. Couldn't recommend them anymore so!

Beaumont Tiles has been my go to tile shop for over 20 years. I’ve moved across the state & still travel back to Lilydale to buy my tiles and bathroom ware from these guys.I’ve always found there service goes above & beyond. I asked in Bunnings once if I could get a better discount on a few house lot’s of tiles, 5% on there power pass that’s it and there selection is limited. So for not trying to save 5% I choose the best and most appropriate tiles for my properties.

The customer service was so terrible. The lady belittled me for needing some extra help picking tiles I wanted and refused to help when I wanted to take codes of tiles down to discuss with husband before putting an order in that day. I will never go back there and suggest anyone that needs a little extra help choosing or figuring out what you need not to bother going there either. A bit of customer service and kindness never go unnoticed. Especially when people need to be picky about where they spend their money in this current climate.

Terrible customer service. Rang up to enquire about tiles, the guy was very short when I asked about tile size and available, then hung up on me after asking if there was room to move on price - since we can get the tile substantially cheeper online but prefer to support local business during such difficult times. Not great - would not recommend!

My name is Mr CarlawMy wife and I have purchased our tiles and a new Australian made vanity from Lilydale tiles and I have to say that the service we received was second to none, they spent a great deal of time making sure we chose exactly what we wanted with help from the computer generated visual design system that they offer. This is the second time we have used them for our tiling need and on both occasion there help was first class. great store in terms of the prices and range, however one staff member who served me did not have the best customer service. was asking them a question and as soon as another customer walked by, they interrupted me and turned their attention to the other customer. there was another staff member there too who was walking up to the other customer. overall, their customer service needs to improve.
