Very rude operator at the Broadmeadows store, she was making milkshakes and that’s fair enough - so I waited and thought she will serve me while the shakes are mixing but no she stood there watching them. If that wasn’t bad enough she then proceeded to make a phone call and even though she saw me with the items in front of me she refused to acknowledge me at the very least she could have said just a minute or something. I just wanted a couple of large cakes - it’s a shame really cause now I’ve gone home empty handed.

We have been buying the creamed chocolate lamington and the raspberry cakes for months. On Sunday they are always STALE. Even today my husband asked if they were fresh and was assured that they were. They were NOT . The prices increased a few months ago - Over $10.00 for 2 stale cakes We won’t be going back.

if i could give zero rating i could definitely give 0.yesterday the black forest cake was stale and bit smelly .the cake was not good .its made my friend birthday very worse .the customer service of these girl were really worse .never buy cake from this shop .if you buy then your birthday will be worse one

Terrible customer service. Ordered a coffee and kept waiting while there were no customers and 3 of the staff are too busy talking to each other. Took them 15 mins to prepare 1 coffee

We purchased our wedding cake from the online store. Being in Melbourne and thanks to covid we have had to postpone. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so polite and friendly as I called to change the day, I couldn't find my invoice and she could tell I was stressed out. She quickly found my order and offered me a refund or simply to change the date. The hole process took 3 minutes and she has me calm and giggling by the end of it! We haven't received our cake yet (for obvious reasons) but if the bakery is as good at their job as she was we will be very pleased!

I ordered Sponge on the Run with a plaque for my husband’s birthday and the cake presented terribly. The plaque was extremely messy and the strawberries were slimy. I literally had to stop and buy some fresh strawberries and tidy up the cake when I got home. The plaque went straight in the bin. I could not possibly recommend this store for anybody’s celebration cake.

One of the freshest and amazing donuts. The cream are so fresh and it’s not that sweet either. When I first had the cream one with jam I just couldn’t stop but have more.Will definitely recommend…

I ordered a personalised photo cake 5 days in advance, then when I went to pick up it was missing as my order was overlooked and not made!Staff were apologetic and was given a refund however then had no choice but to still purchase whatever was on display. If that cake was for a childs occasion it could have been a very disappointing birthday.Will not be taking a chance on them again

Bought red velvet and Unicorn cupcake from there, had a bite and put both cupcakes straight to bin. Red velvet doesn’t taste like red velvet way too bitter even colour was more brown and unicorn was vanila flavour but it was weird taste.Not worth it
